Today should have been a great session too - had it been on the UK South Coast it would certainly have got a glowing report.

Unfortunately for me, it was one of those "off days". Partly from being knackered and bruised from the day before, and partly from always being "out of sync" with the conditions. I seemed to be constantly on the wrong sail, and in the slightly gusty conditions (very different from other days), I just wasn't performing well.

Nevertheless, a good fun sail, and great fun sitting on the beach afterwards watching others making a better job of it.
